1. ACCOMODATION DISCOUNTS

Accommodation discounts for Gold and Platinum Cardholders are as follows:

For Gold Cardholders, 15% Discount BAR at the time of booking.
For Platinum Cardholders, 20% Discount BAR at the time of booking.
The above‐mentioned discounts cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any special promotion, package or special event.
Maximum of 02 rooms can be reserved at a time under the Loyalty card (LC) holders name with same privileges.
Accompanied spouse stays free of charge.

2. COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT VOUCHERS (CNV)

FREE-NIGHT VOUCHER - 01 voucher per year for Gold and 02 vouchers for Platinum card holders

CNV is valid at Nishat Hotels (Johar Town & Gulberg) subject to terms and conditions stipulated at the back of the respective voucher.
For Family & Friends, the CNV can be redeemed without the presence of the Loyalty Card holder, subject to one paid night booked at Best Available Rate and the member declaring the intention while reserving.
CNV is valid for a Deluxe Room or can be used for any of the Run of House (ROH) with applicable supplement charges.
Neither damaged nor misplaced vouchers will be replaced.
Accompanied spouse stays free of charge.

Paid nights as per discounts (15% Off for Gold and 20% off for Platinum).

WEEKEND PACKAGE – For Gold Card holders, valid during off-peak periods defined as “Weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun)” and for Platinum card holders is “Full Week” (Mon-Sun).

3. FREE NIGHTS

Stay 2 Paid Nights, Get 1 Free Night – For Gold and Platinum Card holders.

For Gold Cardholders: Applicable for (Fri-Sun)

For Platinum Cardholders: Applicable on (Mon-Sun)

This benefit can be availed on weekend for Gold Card holders and can be availed at any day of the week at any of the host properties for Platinum members.
This benefit may be combined with the BAR discount (15% off for Gold and 20% off for Platinum) but may not be used in conjunction with any other accommodation benefit, offer, promotion, or Complimentary Night Voucher (CNV) in the same reservation .

4. Booking via Website (Best Available Rates)

15% discount for Gold Card members & 20% Discount for Platinum Card holders on all rooms category.
CNV is valid at Nishat Hotel (Johar Town & Gulberg) subject to the terms and conditions stipulated at the back of the respective voucher.
Neither damaged nor misplaced vouchers will be replaced.
Accompanied spouse stays free of charge.

5. DINIING DISCOUNTS

Both Gold and Platinum Card holders are entitled to the following discounts in both Hotels

Hi Tea –BISTRO, La Cucina & CUBE:

15% off on Hi Tea to all the Gold Card members

20% off on Hi Tea to all the Platinum Card holders

Discount on Restaurant Dine (Buffet and ala carte) for Gold Card and Platinum Card members

For Gold & Platinum cardholders, the above‐mentioned discount matrix is applicable to standard restaurants that include BISTRO, La Cucina and CUBE

In cases where a Member is joined by a single guest, the 50% discount is applied to the total cost of the bill before taxes.
Discounts matrix is only applicable for a maximum of 20 persons. Normal prices shall be applicable for the 21st person and above.
Discounts are not applicable on room service, mini bar usage, outside catering or on banquets.

6. Fun Factory rides

Gold Cardholders: 15% off on all the Fun Factory rides.
Platinum cardholders: 20% off on all the Fun factory rides.

7. Birthdays

Gold Cardholders: 1 kg free cake on reservation of 4 or more persons

Platinum Cardholders: 2 kg free cake on reservation of 4 or more persons

Both Gold and platinum card member is eligible for a complimentary birthday cake if he/she decides to book a table for 04 at any one of our restaurants.
The member needs to present his/her card to enjoy the benefit.

8. Bakery (on shelf items only) 7pm till COB

Pastry/Bakery Shop discounts are as follows for both Gold and Platinum Cardholders:

Gold Cardholders: 20% Discount on on-shelf items applicable from opening of business 9am-11pm.
Platinum Cardholders: 30% Discount on all on-shelf items (not orders) only from 9am-11pm.

9. Laundry & Rent A Car

Laundry and Rent A Car Shop discounts are as follows for both Gold and Platinum Cardholders:

Gold Cardholders: 15% discount on Laundry.
Platinum Cardholders: 20% discount on Laundry.
For Gold Cardholders: 15 % Discount on taking per kilometer per hour services (Not applicable for Pick & Drop).
For Platinum Cardholders: 20 % Discount on taking per kilometer per hour services (Not applicable for Pick & Drop).

10. Pool & Gym Membership

Gold Cardholders: 15 % Discount applied to Annual Membership Fee of the respective Health club.
Platinum Cardholders: 20% Discount applied to Annual Membership Fee of the respective Health club.

11. Membership Trail

Gold Cardholders: 04 times free access in a month to the respective Health Club.
Platinum Cardholders: 06 times free access in a month to the respective Health Club.

12. Usage of Membership Card

Presence and use of your card constitutes acceptance of the benefits, privileges, as well as terms and conditions listed herein.

13. Membership Card

Your card is the property of Nishat Hotels & Properties. Membership Privileges will be extended only on presence of a valid card by the member.

14. Lost and Stolen Card

The membership card is the responsibility of the member. Loss, damage or theft of your card should be reported immediately to a Nishat Hotels (Johar Town/Gulberg). ln such cases, a duplicate card can be requested (on payment PKR 2000). However, CNV will not be reissued under any circumstances.

15. Validity

Your membership is valid until the expiry date as shown on your card. Your card is for your own personal use and not transferable in any case.

16. Conditions, Benefits & Privileges Subject to change

The Loyalty Card reserves the right to change or amend the conditions of the membership, its benefits and privileges, without prior notice. The membership fee is not refundable.
