Celebrating Independence Day at Nishat is never just about the food. Patriotic songs play through the evening, giving the whole space that unmistakable August feel. Kids get their faces painted while a live magician works the room. Everyone ends up outside the Bistro for a photo at our Independence Day photo booth.

Independence Day Buffet Menu

The Independence Day buffet menu is where the real celebration happens. Traditional Pakistani specialties fill the counters, and live stations cook fresh right in front of you. A full dessert table rounds off the spread, built for a proper celebration. For example, the mutton karahi and Sindhi biryani sit beside a working tawa station, so nothing gets cold.

Breakfast Buffet Timings and Price

Independence weekend starts early, and the breakfast buffet is worth waking up for. It runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM across all three days, so there’s no rush to get there. Early risers get first pick of the spread, and it’s just as good for anyone strolling in closer to ten.

Traditional Pakistani Specialties

Hi-tea comes in three time slots this year, so you can pick whichever suits your afternoon. Choose from 1 to 2:30 PM, 3 to 4:30 PM, or 5 to 6:30 PM. The spread stays exactly the same no matter which one you book. It’s priced at PKR 3,600 plus tax per person, with the chaat corner, gol gappay, and chocolate fountain all included.

Independence Day Dinner Timings and Price

Dinner is where the evening really comes together, served from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. By this point, the live stations are in full swing. The dessert table is stacked with jalebi, ras malai, and the green and white celebration cakes made for the occasion. Independence Day dinner is priced at PKR 4,900 plus tax per person, and the portions are never shy.
